Associated Transport Line announces a revision in the Bunker Fuel Surcharge effective June 1, 2006.

The revised rates will apply to services operating under the names of Associated Transport Line and

West Coast Industrial Express.

The current and revised Bunker Fuel Surcharge levels are as follows:

Current Revised

Break Bulk $19 w/m $22.75 w/m

20’ Containers $250 per unit $315 per unit

40’ Containers $425 per unit $495 per unit

The revised Bunker Fuel Surcharge will apply to all outbound and inbound cargoes on vessels sailing

on or after June 1, 2006.
